Step #2 - Make sure you are focused on only the keyword that will give you the highest conversions.

Once you have this figured out you are going to have to start optimizing your site for only those search terms. That means you are going to have to run a test in AdWords and figure out which keywords are going to give you the most optins and sales.

The same thing goes for AdWords - you are going to want to make sure you are only bidding on the search terms that are making you the money.

If you use this strategy you will find that you will be able to likely start making a lot of money right away as you are only focusing on the search terms that actually work and you are not wasting your time on the stuff that is not going to bring you in the sales.
